I have investigated different font type that i could use for the masthead and coverlines on the front of my magazine. After asking people to share their opinion on some shortlisted font types i decided which font will be used on the front cover of my magazine.

I have researched and shortlisted possible names for my magazine. It is important that i establish this, so i can make my designs for the layout and fonts of my magazine. I have put the possible names on survey monkey so i can ask more memebers of the public their opionion on the best name and i have asked friends and family-whom fit my specific target audience to share their preferable name.

This is my Preliminary Task, of a school Brochure.

In order to aid me in my Preliminary Task, i made a mood board of current school prosepctus;s and magazines currently available, promoting school's in society. This has enabled me to identify the key conventions included in a school magazine-that persuade and entice people to come to the school.

I will therefore use these conventions in my own task, which will hopefully make mine a sucess.
